The Artist, Samantha Jean

A passion for freedom and connectedness is what drives Samantha as a contemporary artist. Whether it’s through life or while creating, she listens to those small whispers of curiosity and allows them to lead the way.

Stylistically, her audience describes her work as relatable, unique, and intimate. A powerful message of empowerment, inclusivity, and freedom is what she strives to accomplish in her art.

Samantha has showcased at exhibits like RAW Artists Toronto and other pop-up markets in the city. As she continues to follow her heart and explore whatever it is that inspires her most, there’s no telling how far she’ll go.

    I absolutely love the original painting I purchased from Samantha Jean Art. It is called ‘Rooted’ and shows so much attention to detail! Although most people see a woman lying on her back with roots growing underground, some people see mountains and trees. This makes for some interesting conversation. I have placed it in a prominent place in our living room where the colours tie in beautifully with the rest of the decor. I loved the original painting so much that I also purchased a limited edition print called ‘The Other Woman.’ Thank you Samantha Jean for creating such beautiful works of art! You are so talented!
